All of our tutus are tightly knotted and double layered with over 12 strands of tulle per inch! They are easy to put on and take off. Simply untie the ribbon!

They are adjustable and will come with instructions to make adjustments. Please note we do not use elastic and the tutu will sit on the hip instead of at the belly button (we think this makes them even more adorable).
